1 piece star anise
1 piece Cinnamon

1 scoop Doubanjiang

Steps:

  • Ribs and ingredients are ready
  • Wash the ribs and blanch them for later use
  • Lotus root cut into small pieces
  • Put oil in the pot
  • Put ginger garlic, Chinese pepper, star anise, cinnamon, and chili into the pot and stir fry until fragrant

  • Add soy sauce

  • Add chopped lotus root
