Steps:
- Saute the ground beef in oil until evenly browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Transfer to your crockpot & add the rest of the ingredients. Mix to combine.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper. Adjust accordingly.
- Set the crockpot on High and cook for about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
- Serve hot together with sour cream & grated cheddar cheese.
