1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups tomato juice
1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish; stir in the remaining ingredients. , Cover and bake for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

1 package (8-1/2 ounces) cornbread/muffin mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 package (1 pound) hot dogs, halved lengthwise and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Spread half the batter into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. , In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add green pepper, onion and celery. Cook and stir until crisp-tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir in hot dogs; cook and stir until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes longer. Stir in chili, brown sugar, garlic powder and chili powder; heat through. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese. , Spoon over cornbread batter; top with remaining cornbread batter. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese., Bake, uncovered, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 28-32 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
