- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish; stir in the remaining ingredients. , Cover and bake for 65-70 minutes or until spaghetti is just tender. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.

- Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Add chili beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is of desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
- Serve sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
