COPYCAT CHICK-FIL-A GRILLED CHICKEN COOL WRAP RECIPE ...

1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 chicken breast, about (14oz)
2 romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/4 cup coleslaw mix
1/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 flat bread, multigrain

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl whisk together ingredients for brine Add chicken, making sure to coat evenly. Allow chicken to marinate for 20 minutes. Remove chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Heat grill to high, oil lightly. Grill chicken turning once until grill marks have appeared and chicken is opaque throughout, about 3 to 4 minutes a side.
  • Remove chicken to a cutting board and slice thinly across the grain. Divide lettuce, coleslaw mix, carrots, cheese and chicken between both wraps. Roll up and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

This tasty yet simple grilled chicken wrap recipe from Chick Fil A is perfect for summer! Try this cool wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing now.

10 oz grilled, sliced into strips chicken tenders
2 cups sliced green leaf lettuce leaves
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese blend
? cup thinly sliced, seeded, chopped (optional) cucumbers
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
4 large, flour or wheat tortillas
½ cup prepared guacamole
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup plain yogurt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cumin powder
2 tsp lime juice
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
as needed milk
potato chips
avocado lime ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Combine the guacamole, mayonnaise, yogurt, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro. Whisk until smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency of the dressing with milk as desired. Keep chilled.
  • Transfer the tortillas to a working board and assemble the wrap following the order of ingredients: cheeses, chicken, red onion, tomato, cucumbers, lettuce, and 2 tablespoons of the dressing. Repeat until 4 wraps are made.
  • Serve the chicken cool wrap with potato chips and extra dressing on the side. Enjoy!
