4 fat free tortillas (10inch)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 medium sized onion, sliced
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350°F oven 10-15 minutes until warm.
  • Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Place skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; saute until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 4-6 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top each with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle each with 2-3 TBSP dressing. Roll up tortillas and serve.

1 pound chicken breast tenders
1 (1.25-ounce) package 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
Cooking spray
1 cup thin onion wedges
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 medium-size tomato, chopped
½ cup fat-free sour cream

Steps:

  • Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil; bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • While tortillas bake, combine chicken and taco seasoning in a heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag; shake well.
  • Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; saute 6 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas; top evenly with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Roll up tortillas, and wrap in unbleached parchment paper, if desired. Serve immediately.

from 3 fat chicks on a diet UPDATE:2-25-09 I made these today and i used caned chicken instead of regular chicken and it worked reall well. It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)
