Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 chicken cleaned and washed or 4 quarters
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
4 tablespoon plain youghurt
2 whole green chillies
5 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon whole cumin seeds roasted
1 tablespoon whole dhana seeds roasted
2 tablespoon tandoori masala of your choice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Blend all the above ingredients. Make cuts on the chicken pieces. Marinate with mixture. Marinate atleast for an hour. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes than heat a pan, add 2 tbslp oil and bbq the chicken while basting with the left over masala mixed with oil. Baste to get a tandoori taste. Splash lemon juice over garnish with dhania. Naan Ingredients 4 cups cake flour 1 packet yeast 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 cup warm water Method Combine the dry ingredients than add the milk and water, knead into a manageable dough, cover and keep in a warm place for 30 minutes let it rise. Must be double in size. Form rounds roll out and fry on tawa. leave it plain or brush with butter and sesame seeds. Green Chutney Ingredients 1 bunch green dhania 2 whole green chillies Few mint leaves 1 garlic clove Salt lemon juice Method Blend all together do not add water. Serve. Enjoy??

1kg chicken fillet
2 tablespoon @aminas_wonderspice tandoori paste
1 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon @aminas_wonderspice chicken tikka paste
2 teaspoon @krea_sa tandoori spice
1 small 150g cup @lancewood yogurt
1 teaspoon kasmiri chillies
1 teaspoon dry dhana powder
Lemon juice to taste (and extra for squeezing)
Salt to taste
+-2-3 tablespoon

Steps:

  • Cut chicken fillets in have, to make 2 pieces from 1, make few slits with the knife (no need to flatten with a mallet) Mix all the above and marinate chicken fillets for a few hours Take of excess marinade paste from chicken and layer in a pot and cook until 3/4 way done Then layer the fillets on a baking tray and put the marinade over the chicken fillets than grill in the oven, until fully cooked. Squeeze lemon juice over and serve Serve with any side of choice and paratha or rogni naan Enjoy!!!
