Chicken Tender Wraps Recipe: How to Make It image

“This wrap makes a lunch that’s quick, easy and delicious,” writes Karima Alarhabi from Garysburg, North Carolina. Just as good served cold, you can bake your chicken the night before and assemble your sandwich the next day.

16 frozen breaded chicken tenders
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
4 sun-dried tomato tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
4 slices pepper Jack cheese
Hot pepper sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Bake chicken according to package directions. Meanwhile, spread 2 tablespoons salad dressing over each tortilla. Sprinkle lettuce and olives down the center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and chicken; drizzle with hot pepper sauce if desired. Roll up; secure with toothpicks.

1 pkg (14 oz each) frozen Banquet® Original Chicken Breast Tenders
1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
1 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
1 pkg (8 ct each) 10-inch flour tortillas, warmed
4 cups thinly sliced green leaf lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Bake chicken tenders in preheated oven according to package directions. Meanwhile, stir together drained tomatoes and dressing in small bowl.
  • Spread one tortilla evenly with 3 to 4 tablespoons dressing mixture. Then top with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon cheese and about 3 chicken tenders. Fold one side of tortilla over filling, then roll to wrap filling in tortilla.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
