- In a Dutch oven, bring coconut milk to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 3 cups. Stir in curry paste until completely dissolved., Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions., Add broth, brown sugar, fish sauce and garlic salt to curry mixture; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken; heat through., Drain noodles; divide among 6 large soup bowls. Ladle soup over noodles; top servings with vegetables, basil and cilantro.

This easy and delicious simple rice pudding is made with all organic ingredients, loaded with coconut milk, vanilla, and nutmeg for such a comforting treat! - Bring water and rice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- Combine rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pudding is thick and creamy, 18 to 20 minutes. Stir milk and eggs into pudding, stirring constantly to keep pudding from sticking, at least 2 minutes.
- Remove pudding from heat and stir butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg into pudding until thoroughly mixed. Fold peaches and raisins into pudding.

As per previous review and other recipes for curry dishes, making sure to brown the curry in the oil then adding garlic & onions and cook slowly for about 5 min. I added frozen garden oven baked tomatoes and then some strained tomatoes instead of tomato sauce then added pieces of cooked oven roasted chicken then the coconut milk.
