1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (from12 oz bag)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Soften pie crust as directed on package. Remove 1 crust from pouch; unroll crust. Place crust in bottom and up sides of 1-quart casserole.
  • In medium saucepan, combine all filling ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Pour into crust-lined casserole.
  • Remove second crust from pouch; unroll crust. With small cookie cutter or sharp knife, cut holes in crust. Top casserole with crust; seal edges with fork or flute, trimming edges if necessary.
  • Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. If necessary, cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 container (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso™ Rich & Hearty beef pot roast with country vegetables soup
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, mushrooms, carrots, onion and garlic over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup. Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
  • Spoon beef mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Unroll dough; place on beef mixture. Cut 3 to 4 vent holes in center.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
