- 1) Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix pasta sauce, water, and garlic powder. In ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish, spread about one-third (1 cup) of the pasta sauce mixture.
- 2) If there are not 14 chicken tenders in your package, cut the larger tenders in half until you get 14 total (because there are 14 manicotti shells to stuff). Sprinkle the italian seasonings over the raw shicken tenders. Stuff the chicken tenders into the uncooked manicotti shells. Place shells on pasta sauce mixture in baking dish. Pour remaining pasta sauce mixture evenly over shells, covering completely.
- 3) Cover with foil. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese (and extra italian seasonings if desired). Bake uncovered 2 to 4 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
- Optional: Top with tomato and pesto before serving.

CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED MANICOTTI RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
Creamy chicken Alfredo stuffed inside manicotti noodles, topped with chicken Alfredo and mozzarella cheese. I created this recipe myself so it is by no means professional. I have never shared a recipe before but my family loves this one so much I figured this would be a good first one.

Steps:
- Bring chicken stock to a boil in a saucepan. Add chicken breasts. Cook until chicken can be easily pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes. Drain and cool until easily handled. Shred using 2 forks.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook manicotti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until still firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- Mix shredded chicken, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mushrooms, green onions, and garlic together in a bowl. Pour in enough Alfredo sauce until filling has a thick and creamy consistency.
- Spoon chicken filling into a piping bag, reserving about 1/2 cup of the filling in the bowl. Pipe filling into manicotti.
- Mix remaining Alfredo sauce with reserved chicken filling in the bowl.
- Arrange stuffed manicotti in a baking dish. Cover evenly with Alfredo sauce mixture until there are no dry spots. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling, about 50 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking until cheese starts to brown, about 10 minutes.

Make ricotta filling: In a large bowl stir together chicken, spinach, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch red pepper flakes. Make alfredo: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute more. Pour in milk, whisking constantly, and bring mixture to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and simmer until sauce thickens, 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and parsley and season with salt and pepper. In the bottom of a 9”-x-13” baking dish, spoon a couple scoops of alfredo sauce and smooth into an even layer. Spoon ricotta mixture into manicotti and place into baking dish. Top with remaining alfredo sauce and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan. Cover and bake until cheese is melty, 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley, to serve.
