Arrange the chicken mustard-side down in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish in a single layer 5. Sprinkle the pieces with chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper 6. Pour orange juice around and on top of the chicken 7. Bake, basting once, for 30 minutes 8. Turn the chicken skin side up and sprinkle with brown sugar 9. Bake until the chicken is tender and golden 15-20 minutes (shorter for chicken breasts) adding more orange juice if the pan seems dry 10. Remove the chicken to a serving platter 11. Pour the remaining juices into a small saucepan and boil over high heat until syrupy 12. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve."
