Steps:
- To flatten each pork chop, place between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Working from center, gently pound pork with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick; remove wrap.
- In shallow bowl, combine flour, seasoned salt and garlic powder; mix well. Place milk and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dip each pork chop in flour mixture; dip in milk. Coat well with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly pink in center.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a large nonstick baking sheet lightly with oil.
- Season pork chops on both sides with 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
- Combine panko, cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and black pepper in a large shallow bowl.
- Place the beaten egg in another. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chops.
- Lightly spray a little more oil on top of the pork and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Dredge each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, then set aside on a plate. Heat canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter. When butter is melted and butter/oil mixture is hot, cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on the first side; 1 to 2 minutes on the other side. (Make sure no pink juices remain.) Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining pork chops. Delicious and simple! Serve with smashed new potatoes.

In a small bowl, mix panko, 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, paprika, and 2 teaspoons salt until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to a large resealable plastic bag. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the bag and shake until evenly coated in panko mixture. Place pork chops on wire rack and bake until the pork is cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden, 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, toss green beans in remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a separate baking sheet and bake until tender and beginning to color, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with pork chops.
