2 lbs chicken, cooked and sliced
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
2 (9 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to directions, arrange in greased 9 x 11 pan. Cut up cooked chicken into slices, arrange in pan. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry, and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute May make ahead and refrigerate, extend bake time to 50-55 minute.
  • Starting with raw chicken will extend the cooking time by 30-40 min, or the time it takes to cook the chicken.

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1?½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the chicken.
  • In a small bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned.
