Hurry Up I'm Hungry Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast

1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon prepared chili powder
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, each about 8 ounces
Extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Prepare the grill for your grilled boneless chicken breast over direct cooking with medium heat 350° to 450°F).
  • Prepare your chicken breast seasoning in a small bowl and mix the rub ingredients. Lightly brush the chicken on both sides with oil and season evenly with the rub, pressing the spices into the meat.
  • Brush the cooking grates clean. Grill the chicken breasts over direct medium heat, with the lid closed, until the meat is firm to the touch and no longer pink in the center, 8 to 12 minutes, turning once or twice. Remove your now fully grilled boneless chicken breasts from the grill and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Just made this the other day when we had company down. the rub that's on there along with the smoke infused from the charcoal make this a great tasting dish. serve with roasted potatoes to make it even better.

4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 teaspoons granulated onion
4 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix the rub ingredients.
  • Lightly brush the chicken with the oil and season with the rub, pressing the spices into the meat. Grill the chicken over direct medium heat untill it is firm and there is no pink in the middle. About 8 to 12 minutes, turning once. serve warm.
