Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili is an easy slow cooker dump recipe using freezer and pantry staples! This has been one of my most popular recipes since 2008!

Steps:
- Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomato, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker and mix well.
- Nestle the chicken in to completely cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
- Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred.
- Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.
- Top with fresh cilantro and your favorite toppings!

- Combine onion, spices, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, beans, corn, chicken and broth in the bowl of your Crock-Pot. Stir together to combine. Set on high and cook for 3 hours, or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from Crock-Pot and shred. Return to pot and stir in cheese and cream. Stir and heat on low until cheese is melted. Taste and season with salt if needed. Serve into bowls and top with sour cream, cilantro, crushed chips, more cheddar and a slice of lime if desired.
