Best Chia Pudding Recipe - How To Make Chia Pudding image

Chia Pudding is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert alternative any day. When made with almond milk and maple syrup, this treat is 100% vegan!

chia seeds

1 c.

almond milk (or milk of your choice)

2 tsp.

maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar

1 tsp.

pure vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch kosher salt

Sliced fruit, granola, jam, or nuts for serving

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk to combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener of your choice, vanilla if using, and salt. Cover and refrigerate until thick, 2 hours up to overnight.  Serve with mix-ins and toppings of your choice.

125ml oat milk, or substitute for any nut milk, rice milk or dairy milk
2 tsp maple syrup, plus a drizzle to serve
fruit, such as berries, banana, kiwis or mango, to serve

Steps:

  • Combine the chia seeds, milk and 2 tsp maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 8 hrs.
  • When ready to serve, top with fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.
