1 cup Butter (Unsalted, Room temperature)
6 cups Powdered sugar
1/2 cup Maraschino cherry juice
1 tsp Almond extract

Steps:

  • Beat butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add some powdered sugar and mix until frosting starts to become thick.
  • Mix in cherry juice and almond extract.
  • And more powdered sugar and continue mixing until frosting becomes smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

If your powdered sugar is lumpy you might want to sift it before whipping it. If you use milk instead of the cherry juice you might want to add a few drops of red food coloring.
