- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, gluten free cream of chicken soup, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and green onion.
- Add the frozen hashbrowns and mix until combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through and the cheese on top is melted.
- Serve hot.
