Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Burger
36 wonton wrappers, cut into 3-inch squares
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup milk
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
Toppings
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • Spray mini-muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely; remove from pan.
  • Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.
  • Stir in pickles, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Spoon meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup. Top each with chopped lettuce, sauce and sesame seed. Serve immediately.

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
4 hamburger buns
4 tomato slices
8 red onion rings
4 leaf lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  • Combine ground beef, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper in bowl; mix lightly. Form into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties.
  • Cut 2 slices cheese into 4 pieces each. Place 2 pieces cheese on top of 4 patties. Top with remaining meat patties. Press edges to seal.
  • Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F or until meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; melt slightly. Place each burger onto bottom half of bun. Top each with 1 slice tomato, 2 onion rings, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of bun.
