Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls - Pimento Cheese image

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix is available at most grocery stores and is available in a four pouch pack at Sam's Club. Only one pouch is needed for this recipe. Palmetto Cheese is also available at Sam's Club and your area grocery store. If you prefer these to be spicy, use our newest variety, Pepper Jack Palmetto Cheese. Currently available at Kroger in AL, GA, and SC. If Pepper Jack is not available, try it with Palmetto Cheese with Jalapenos.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 - 11.24 oz. Package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
11 oz. Palmetto Cheese
1 - .12 oz. Garlic Herb Blend Pouch (found in the box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix)
1 pound Breakfast Sausage (uncooked)
1 Tbsp Parsley chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Grease a baking sheet with pan spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, Palmetto Cheese, Garlic Herb Pouch, Parsley, and Breakfast Sausage(uncooked). Mix until combined.
  • Scoop out mixture using a Tablespoon and roll into a ball.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet and space at least 1/2 inch apart.
  • You should get approximately 48 balls.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375F.
