- COMBINE all ingredients in a resealable container (1/4 cup fine sea salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 5 teaspoons cayenne pepper, 5 teaspoons garlic salt, 4 teaspoons ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon seasoned chili powder, 2 1/2 teaspoons celery salt, 2 teaspoons ground mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground basil, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground sage, 1 teaspoon onion salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano, 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme).
- SEAL the container.
- SHAKE until thoroughly blended.
- STORE tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
- USE measure for measure in place of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and enjoy.

Steps:
- First use a small pair of scissors to remove the plasticand netting (this can be tedious with the netting but the finer your scissorsare the better) and carefully pull off.
- Remove gravy packet
- Pour your stock into your Instant Pot
- Place your trivet into the Instant Pot
- Place frozen turkey into IP and rub with Oil and orbutter if you like.
- Season turkey with all seasonings thoroughly
- Open up gravy packet and place on top of turkey (it’s okit will still be frozen too )
- Close your lid and make sure the valve is set to sealedand put on High pressure for about an hour.
- Natural release for 10 mins then quick release to get outthe rest of the pressure.
- Take Turkey out and set aside so the meat can rest.
- Turn the IP to Sauté and Remove ¼ cup of liquid and Whiskin the arrowroot powder or cornstarch into the 1/4C
- Pour back into the IP and whisk until desired thickness.
- Slice turkey and pour gravy on top or on the side
