1/2 Cup of a2 Milk® Whole
2 of Carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 of Apple, coarsely chopped
1 of Navel orange, peeled and sectioned, pith removed
1/2 Cup of Frozen pineapple chunks
¼ tsp. of Ground ginger
½ tsp. of Ground turmeric
A pinch of of Black pepper
1 Tbsp. of Honey (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Pour the milk into a blender and add the prepared carrots, apple, orange and frozen pineapple. Pulse to combine.
  • 2. Add the spices and honey, if using. Blend until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into two chilled glasses to serve.
