EASY SUGAR FREE FUDGE



Easy Sugar Free Fudge image

Total Time 125 minutes

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 120 minutes

Yield 18

Number Of Ingredients 8

12.6 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips (or 358 grams)
1 stick unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners sweetener
1/3 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia ((optional))
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped, (optional))

Steps:

  • Add the chocolate chips and butter to a double boiler and cook over low heat until melted.
  • Stir in confectioners, cream, vanilla extract and salt until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Taste and decide if you need more sweetness. Stir in optional walnuts if using.
  • Spread batter into a parchment lined loaf pan.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes.
