- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute pork chops in olive oil, 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until both sides are evenly browned. Remove; keep warm.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar,salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add butter to skillet. Stir in brown sugar mixture and apples. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or just until apples are tender. Remove apples with a slotted spoon and arrange on top of chops; keep warm.
- Continue cooking mixture in skillet, uncovered, until sauce thickens slightly; about 4-5 minutes. Spoon sauce over apples and chops.
- Sprinkle with nuts and serve.

- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add pork chops. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 6-8 minutes or until browned. Remove chops to serving platter; keep warm.
- Place apple and onion slices into same skillet with pan juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until onions are caramelized. Stir in garlic; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until garlic is softened.
- Return chops to pan; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches at least 145°F and is no longer pink.

- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 3 teaspoons drippings. In the same skillet, cook pork chops in 2 teaspoons reserved drippings over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm., Saute apples and onion in 1 teaspoon reserved drippings in the same skillet until apples are crisp-tender. Stir in the brown sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon and pepper. Add broth; bring to a boil. Add pork chops. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°., Remove chops to serving platter; let stand for 5 minutes. Add spinach to skillet and cook until wilted. Serve with chops. Sprinkle with bacon and walnuts.
