1 pkg white cake mix (2 layer)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 c water
1 (21oz) can apple pie filling
1 c confectioners' sugar
1-1 1/2 Tbsp milk

Steps:

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased 9 * 13 inch baking dish.
Spoon the apple pie filling on top of the dough, covering the entire surface. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Make the glaze with milk and confectioners' sugar and sprinkle over the cooled cake.

1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cold butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon; spoon into pastry shell. In a small bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts, oats and coconut; sprinkle over pie filling. , Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until topping is golden brown, covering edges loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning if necessary. Cool on a wire rack.
