Kosher beef franks wrapped in pizza dough and sprinkled with ‘everything bagel’ seasoning are fun for kids and adults

PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 pound ball ready to bake pizza dough
1 pkg (10.3 oz each) Hebrew National® Beef Franks
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Stir together sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion flakes, garlic and sea salt in small bowl; set aside.
  • Dust counter lightly with flour and roll pizza dough into a 14-inch circle. Cut dough into six equal triangles. Place 1 frank on the long end of each triangle and roll up. Place on baking sheet with tip of dough tucked under frank. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seed mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, stir together mustard and honey in small bowl. Serve franks with honey mustard sauce.

1/2 cup chive & onion cream cheese spread (from 7.5-oz container)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sesame seed
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon dried minced onions
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
8 hot dogs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, mix cream cheese spread and garlic powder. In another bowl, mix sesame seed, poppy seed and dried onions; pour onto medium-size plate.
  • Separate dough into rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut each rectangle in half to make eight 3 1/2-inch squares of dough.
  • Spread each dough square with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture, to within 1/4 inch of edges of dough.
  • Place hot dog on each square of dough; roll up. Pinch edges to seal. Gently roll top half of hot dog in sesame seed mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
