2 tbsps sea salt grinder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
1/4 tsp oregano ground (see Tip below for substitution!)
1/4 tsp black pepper ground

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix until well blended. (Makes 10 teaspoons or 40 (1/4-teaspoon) servings.)
  • Test Kitchen Tips:•Don’t have McCormick® Ground Oregano on hand? Substitute 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves in its place.•For best results, pulse seasoning mixture in a coffee grinder for 3 to 4 seconds to blend flavors.

1 1/2 cups cut-up carrots
1 1/2 cups cut-up potatoes
1 cup cut-up celery
1 cup cut-up onions
1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Place beef and vegetables in slow cooker.
  • Mix Pot Roast Seasoning Mix and water until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover.
  • Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove roast and vegetables to serving platter. Stir sauce before serving.
