Cake
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon 2% or whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon decorator sprinkles
Topping
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, as desired

Steps:

Place butter into 12-ounce coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients except sprinkles; mix well with fork. Stir in sprinkles.
Microwave 45-60 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool 1 minute. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, as desired. Serve warm.

3 tbsp. All-purpose Flour
3 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
Tiny Pinch Of Salt
3 tbsp. Whole Milk
3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Splash Of Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Steps:

Into a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla and stir until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the sides of the mug.Microwave for 90 seconds, then let the cake stand for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before eating. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
