So here's the challenge with this clone recipe: get the right ratios for nearly 20 different spices, and come up with a way to get the same lemony tang that makes the real Mrs. Dash the tasty salt-free seasoning blend we've come to know and love over the years. Sure, we could use powdered citric acid, or sour salt. But then we still need to figure out the "lemon juice solids" part. Ah, but wait, there's citric acid and lemon juice solids in Kool-Aid unsweetened lemonade drink mix. It's perfect! These Healthy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries are healthy and delicious! Instead of using tons of oil and deep frying, use just a tablespoon of oil to make these amazingly crunchy fries. Here is how:

2 Sweet Potatoes
¼ tsp Rotisserie Chicken Rub
Cooking Spray
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Steps:

  • Peel sweet potatoes, and cut them into fries on a cutting board.Dry fries with paper towels. In a mixing bowl combine fries, one tablespoon of oil, and a pinch of Rotisserie Chicken Rub, and mix.
  • Spray the Air Fryer Basket with oil and place the fries in it. Make sure to only layer fries in one layer. Air fry for about 20 minutes at 400F, flipping them at 10 minutes.
  • Serve with Extra Crispy Instant Pot and Air Fryer Lid Chicken Wings and Strawberry Salad With Cherries and Blueberries.
