EASY HOMEMADE REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER ... - PRETTY PROVIDENCE
These Reese's peanut butter bars taste just like the Reese's Eggs, only bigger and better! Your whole family will love this easy no bake treat!

Steps:
- In a bowl or bosch mixer mix together butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup of your peanut butter until combined.
- Press into the bottom of an uncreased 9x11 baking dish.
- Melt together your chocolate chips and the last three tablespoons of peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
- Spread over the pressed chocolate layer over the peanut butter layer and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until hardened. Enjoy!

SOUTHERN FRIED PORK CHOPS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
Another favorite of my family that dates back to my grandmother, these chops come out so crispy and delicious. I serve them with mashed potatoes, a veggie, and sawmill gravy. A great comfort meal any time! This recipe is very similar to my Crispy Southern Fried Chicken recipe. I found that it works very well with pork chops, too. Hope you enjoy these chops as much as we do.

Steps:
- Remove pork chops from package, wash and pat dry. Place pork chops on a cutting board. Using a meat mallet, pound both sides.
- In one bowl, add egg and milk. Mix with fork until smooth. In another bowl, add flour, chicken flavored base, and seasonings, mix well. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture, then dip in milk and egg mixture. Roll in flour mixture.
- Heat about 1" oil in heavy skillet (I use a cast-iron chicken fryer). When oil is hot, add pork chops, no more than 2 to 3 at a time. Fry about 3 to 5 minutes per side, until golden and juices run clear. Remove to serving platter. Repeat with remaining pork chops. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
- Chicken flavored base is a moist powder and it is available in most grocery stores in the soup/bullion aisle.
