2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Place carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat, and drain. Gently toss with margarine, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Steps:

  • Place the carrots and water in a Large Micro-Cooker®. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes or until the carrots are tender-crisp. Drain the carrots.Add the butter, dill, and salt; toss gently to evenly coat the carrots.
