California Pizza Kitchen Butter Cake Recipe is a very tasty recipe that can be easily made

1.5 cup all-purpose flour
3 pcs raw eggs
2 stick unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1 cup sugar powder
1 cup butter milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ stick unsalted butter (for bottom up the cake pan)
1/3 cup sugar (for bottom up the cake pan)

Steps:

  • Heat oven beforehand to 375 degrees. Rub the butter on the entire bottom and all sides of the pan so the cake does not stick. Make sure no part of the pan is left blank. Sprinkle sugar inside the pan so the cake looks amazing and taste like caramel.
  • Add flour and baking soda to a bowl. Sift the dry mixture into another bowl and set aside.
  • Take unsalted butter in a bowl beat the butter for 1-2 minutes to soften the butter. Once the butter is soft add sugar powder, mix at low speed for about 2-3 minutes. Snip the side of the bowl and start beating again at high speed for 5-10 minutes until the butter is fluffy.
  • Add cracked egg one at a time beat for 3-4 minutes. Pour dry mixture, vanilla extract, and milk beat on low speed first so the ingredients do not scatter. Slowly speed up and beat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Confer the batter into the prepared cake pan, smooth with a spatula, and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the upper portion of the cake is golden brown.
  • Remove cake from oven set aside to cool.
  • Do not stick.
  • Confer the batter into the prepared cake pans equally and set them in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Prepare cream when cakes are baking.
  • Add double cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and paste cheese in a bowl, beat until mixture is thick and soft.
  • Remove cakes from the oven and set them aside to cool.
  • After cooling completely unload the cake from the pan. Slice the cake and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
