2 Lbs Salmon Fillets1/4 Cup Lemon Juice2 Tsps Minced Garlic4 Tbs Butter4 Tsps Olive Oil2 Tsps Parsley Flakes1 Tsp Salt1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Massage all sides of salmon fillets with salt & pepper.2. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat (7), add oil, and preheat for 3 minutes.3. After 3 minutes, place salmon fillets into the skillet skin side down and cook for 3 to 4 mins per side.4. Once done, set salmon aside and remove oil from skillet. 5. Place skillet back onto the stove, this time over medium heat (5)6. Add the butter, garlic, lemon juice (make sure you use fresh lemon juice, squeezed from an actual lemon), and Parsely Flakes, then stir in well. 7. Once the butter is slightly melted, place the salmon back into the skillet, simmer for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Scoop up the garlic lemon butter sauce and drizzle it over the salmon.

3 ounces butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
2 salmon steaks

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave, about 30 seconds. Add crushed garlic to butter and stir. Season sauce with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Place salmon fillets on a large sheet of aluminum foil and pour sauce on top. Wrap tightly to enclose; place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
