BUSCH LIGHT APPLE BEER RECIPES

Steps:

• Start by preheating your oven according to the package. I've also made these beer breads in my air fryer on the bake setting.
• In a large bowl, mix your beer bread mix, can of beer, and diced apples
• Oil your bread pan, and dump your bread mixture in
• Then mix your cinnamon & apple sauce together in a small bowl
• Put some globs of the cinnamon mixture on top of your bread & Swirl the cinnamon and applesauce mixture on top with a cake tester and releaser!
• If you would like to add some melted butter on top you could do that now.
• Bake according to package, make sure to check for doneness with a cake tester and releaser.
• Once it's done, let it cool on a wire rack for a few minutes then dig in! I love to toast my bread with some butter.

Steps:

• Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry.
• Remove giblets and anything else from inside the cavity of the chicken.
• Apply a light coating of olive oil all over the chicken.
• Season the chicken with the seasoning of your choice.
• Put your chicken on the beer can chicken holder.
• Tuck the wings behind the chicken.
• Apply rub to touch up any spots that were messed up when putting the chicken on the beer can chicken holder.
• Fill the hopper on your pellet grill with Cookinpellets.com 100% Black Cherry Pellets.
• Set the smoker to 325º.
• Once the smoker is to temp, put your chicken in the smoker.
• Smoke your beer can chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165º F in the thickest part of the chicken breast (Approximately 1.5-2 hours).
• Once the chicken reaches 165º F in the thickest part of the breast, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes.
• After the chicken has rested, remove the chicken from the beer can chicken holder and carve the chicken.
• Eat and enjoy!!!
