TURKEY BURGERS RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
I love to cook and I'm always trying out new recipes on my family. This was an easy and scrumptious new meal idea! My family loved it. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments.

Steps:
- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, soup mix, and water. Season with salt and pepper. Mix lightly using your hands, and form into 4 patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.

KFC Zinger Burger Recipe – Zinger burger was first introduced by an American restaurant KFC. It is composed of a bun centre filled with crispy fried chicken fillet, cheese slice, lettuce piece, onion and tomato slices. Chicken fillet is marinated with salt, mustard paste, black pepper and then coated in flour then dipped in egg and the coating is repeated 3 -4 times to make it crispy and crunchy . Then the fillet is deep fried until cooked and golden brown. Zinger burger is assembled with half bun topped with cheese slice, then fried chicken, then mayonnaise, then lettuce piece and the other half bun over it. Zinger burger is served with French fries, ketchup and coleslaw.

Smear dry ingredients all over the chicken and soak them in the beaten eggs. Repeat the process 3 to 4 times. 4. Fry the chicken until it takes golden brown color. 5. Now take the bun and cut from the middle, toast both sides of bun in the oiled pan and pour hot milk and mayonnaise. 6. Place the chicken fillets, pour hot sauce, iceberg lettuce, cheese slices and close the bun. 7. Wow, your spicy burger is ready!

- Drain, but do not rinse, the black beans. Place them in a bowl and use a fork to mash them. Keep mashing until they're mostly broken up, but still have some whole beans visible. Add the breadcrumbs, onion, egg, chili powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir until everything is combined, then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Heat a tablespoon or two of olive oil with an equal amount of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Form the bean mixture into patties slightly larger than the buns you're using (the patties will not shrink when they cook.) Place the patties in the skillet and cook them about 5 minutes on the first side. Flip them to the other side, place 2 slices of cheese onto each patty, and continue cooking them for another 5 minutes, or until the burgers are heated through. (Place a lid on the skillet to help the cheese melt if needed.)Grill the buns on a griddle with a little butter until golden. Spread the buns with mayonnaise and hot sauce, then place the patties on the buns. Top with lettuce and tomato, then pop on the lids!Yum.
