1 tsp. to 2 tbsp. Brain Octane C8 MCT oil
1-2 tbsp. grass-fed, unsalted butter or 1-2 tsp. Grass-Fed Ghee

Steps:

  • Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee using Bulletproof coffee beans.
  • Add coffee, Brain Octane C8 MCT oil and butter or ghee to a blender.
  • Blend 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. Enjoy!

Organic coffee - 1 cup
Organic (raw) extra virgin coconut oil - 1 tsp to 1 tbsp
Non-dairy milk (coconut milk or almond milk) - 1 to 2 tbsp
Almond butter - 1 to 2 tbsp

Steps:

  • Brew your coffee using whatever method you prefer.
  • Pour the coffee along with the coconut oil, non-dairy milk, and almond butter into a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture's achieved a consistently smooth and creamy texture.
  • Pour the blend over ice, or reheat in a pan. If you want the hot version, be sure to remove the mixture from the heat before it boils.
