2 cooked BUTTERBALL® Boneless Roast Turkey, chopped or shredded
¼ hot pepper sauce
1 cream cheese, softened
½ ranch dressing
1 shredded cheddar cheese, divided
undefined Tortilla chips for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 1-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  • Combine turkey and hot pepper sauce in small bowl. Add softened cream cheese, ranch dressing and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Blend well.
  • Fill casserole with turkey mixture and top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.* *Tortilla chips are not included in nutritional information.

Steps:

  • 1. Shred cooked turkey and place in a bowl.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  • 3. Serve cold or heat in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 4. Serve with raw cut veggies (bell peppers, cucumber, jicama, etc.)
