Buffalo-Seasoned Oyster Crackers - Hy-Vee Recipes and Ideas image

1 (1-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee ranch dressing seasoning mix
0.25 tsp. of Hy-Vee cayenne pepper
0.333 c. of Frank's RedHot sauce
3 tbsp. of Hy-Vee canola oil
2 (9-oz. each) pkgs. Hy-Vee soup and oyster crackers

Steps:

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.

  • 2.

    Stir together ranch seasoning, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, and oil together in a large bowl. Mix in oyster crackers to evenly coat.

  • 3.

    Place seasoned crackers on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crackers are crispy.

  • 4.

    Cool completely and store in resealable plastic bag or air tight container until ready to serve.

1 1/2 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast
1/3 cup frank's red hot sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 cup frozen hashbrowns, thawed
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 sleeve ritz crackers (crushed)

Steps:

  • Mix shredded chicken and Frank's Red Hot sauce.
  • In another bowl, mix hash browns, Ranch dressing, cheese, and soup.
  • Spoon hash brown mixture into a sprayed 9x13" dish.
  • Sprinkle chicken over hash browns.
  • In a small brown, mix Ritz crumbs and butter.
  • Sprinkle over the chicken layer.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
