1 frozen cauliflower pizza crust
½ cup ranch salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 green onions, chopped
? cup crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place cauliflower pizza crust onto a baking sheet or baking steel. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the crust.
  • Combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a small bowl; mix to combine, and place on top of dressing. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Add blue cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.

2/3 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon, if desired
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup pickled jalapeño chiles

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 9 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, mix dressing, wing sauce and chicken; spread evenly over partially baked crust. Top with bacon, cheese and chiles. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown.
