Crock Pot Maple Dijon Chicken Drumsticks is an EASY slow cooker chicken dish made with only 6 ingredients, including the salt and pepper! Kid-friendly and delicious – the chicken literally falls off the bone!

8 skinless drumsticks
1/4 cup pure Maple syrup
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp garlic salt
Fresh cracked pepper

Steps:

  • Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper and place in slow cooker. Combine maple, balsamic, and Dijon in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over the legs, making sure the chicken is covered. Set a 6-quart slow cooker to HIGH and cook 4 hours, or until cooked through and tender.

Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta is the best Brussel sprout recipe! Lightly pan fried until crisp and slightly browned on the edges, it's my favorite way to cook and eat them!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 oz pancetta (minced)
2 lb brussels sprouts (weight after outer leaves and stems removed)
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced or sliced thin)
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • With a large sharp knife, finely shred the brussels sprouts after thoroughly washing.
  • In a deep heavy saute pan, sauté pancetta on medium-low heat until fat melts and pancetta becomes golden, about 5 minutes. Add olive oil and garlic and sauté until golden. Add shredded brussels sprouts, salt and pepper to taste and sauté on high heat for about 6 to 10 minutes, until tender crisp.
  • Makes about 7 cups.
