BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies - My Food and Family image

Sweeten up everyone's day when you make a batch of delicious BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies. This easy-to-make BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies recipe is perfect for potlucks, dinner parties, family gatherings and more.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.

Waffle iron brownies will make you the apple of your SO's eye.

1 box (18.3-oz.) brownie mix
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 large eggs
Cooking spray
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Fudge or caramel sauce, for serving
Maraschino cherries, for serving 

Steps:

  • Preheat a waffle iron. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.  
  • When waffle iron is heated, spray with cooking spray. Add a heaping ¼ cup of batter, close, and bake until cooked through and crisp on the outside, about 3 minutes. Remove from waffle iron and repeat with remaining batter. 
  • Serve waffle brownies warm or at room temperature topped with ice cream, fudge or caramel sauce, and a cherry.
