2 cups hot cocoa mix
¾ cup butter
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
1 cup all-purpose white flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x11-inch baking pan.
  • Place hot cocoa mix and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl; microwave until butter is mostly melted, about 3 minutes. Stir well. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. Add milk; mix until batter is thick and creamy. Mix in flour.
  • Bake in the preheated oven in 5 to 10 minute increments until set and sticky in texture, 25 to 65 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

8 tablespoons Smart Balance® Original Buttery Sticks
2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 envelopes (1.23 oz each) Swiss Miss® Non-Dairy Hot Cocoa Mix
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
Reddi-wip® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping made with Coconut Milk
3/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Add Smart Balance® and unsweetened chocolate to a small microwave-safe bowl and melt.
  • Stir together flour, hot cocoa mix, sugar, salt, baking powder, eggs, oil, vanilla and melted chocolate mixture in medium bowl until blended, fold in ½ cup chocolate chips.
  • Pour into pan and bake 25 to 28 minutes, until toothpick inserted 1-inch from side of pan comes out clean.
  • Cool completely, cut and serve. Top individual hot chocolate brownies with Reddi-wip® and marshmallows before serving.
