BROWNIE MIX INTO CUPCAKES RECIPES

Steps:

• Prepare brownie batter, according to box instructions.
• Spread batter evenly in a 9 inch square pan, lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with oil. 
• For the cookie layer, you have 2 options:Option 1: Roll out the cookie dough between 2 sheets of wax paper. It should be approximately the same size as your pan. Gently place the cookie dough layer on top of the brownie layer. Don't press it down.Option 2: Instead of rolling out the dough, scoop out spoonfuls of the cookie dough and flatten it with your hands and piece it together on top of the brownie batter.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown and an inserted toothpick in the center comes out with a few sticky crumbs. 
• Allow it to cool down completely. 
• Then, use a sharp knife to cut slices. Enjoy!

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 10 cup bundt pan.
• In a large bowl, beat both mixes, eggs, oil and water until mostly smooth. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
• Pour into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes before inverted the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely.
• To make the ganache, place the chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips. Let stand for a few minutes, then whisk until ganache is smooth and shiny.
• Pour ganache over cake and serve.
