6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
3 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; top with cheese. In a small bowl, combine soup and wine; spoon over cheese. , In a small bowl, combine stuffing cubes and butter; sprinkle over soup. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 170°, 45-55 minutes.

We came up with this recipe for my brother's wedding reception. We wanted to serve something that was easy and quick to fix, yet good at the same time. After a few tries, we ended up with this recipe...and a lot of compliments.

Ingredients

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
3 cups water
¾ teaspoon lime juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup fresh raspberries, garnish
18 Mint leaves, for garnish

Steps:

In a large punch bowl, combine raspberry lemonade concentrate, water and lime juice. Stir in lemon-lime soda and crushed ice. Garnish each glass with a fresh raspberry and a mint leaf.n
