This easy breakfast recipe turns scrambled eggs and biscuits into a fun and tasty meal the kids will love.

1 (10.2-ounce) can (5) refrigerated big flaky biscuits
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
5 large Land O Lakes® Eggs well beaten
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American chopped

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Separate biscuits; cut each in half. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes to soften. Press each piece onto bottom and up sides of 10 lightly greased muffin pan cups. Set aside.
Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until onion is softened. Add ham; continue cooking 1 minute. Add eggs; cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 1-2 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from heat; cool slightly.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon cheese into each biscuit cup. Divide egg mixture among muffin cups. Press down egg mixture slightly; sprinkle each muffin cup equally with remaining cheese.
Bake 14-17 minutes or until puffed and biscuits are lightly golden brown on edges. Serve warm.

Ingredients

1 1/2 containers Pillsbury Buttermilk Grands, Jr. refrigerated biscuits (18 total ounces)
1 lb. mild pork sausage (cooked and drained)
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
2.75 oz. pkg. Pioneer sausage-flavored peppered gravy mix
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

Cut biscuits in fourths.
Place in the bottom of a greased 9x13” baking dish.
Crumble cooked sausage over top.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top.
Combine eggs and milk.
Pour evenly over top of cheese in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Prepare gravy mix according to package directions.
Once thickened, spread over top of the cheese mixture in baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° approximately one hour or until bubbly and cooked through.

Whisk together the eggs, garlic salt, and remaining milk and pepper; add to skillet. Cook and stir until almost set., Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of 8 ungreased muffin cups. Spoon the egg mixture, half the cheese, and the sausage into cups; sprinkle with remaining cheese., Bake at 375° until golden brown, 18-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
