250 grams High-gluten flour
4 grams yeast
45 grams Sugar
2 grams salt
30g Egg liquid
125 grams milk
25 grams butter
240 grams Red bean paste
Draw eyebrows and mouth Chocolate pen
eye raisin

Steps:

  • Mix and knead the dough together except butter and decoration, knead until it can pull out a thick film, add softened butter, continue to knead until you can pull out a thinner, non-breaking glove film, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size
  • Remove the dough and ventilate. First, separate 6 pieces of 60 g dough, knead them well, then knead the remaining dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it wake up for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare 6 red bean paste balls, 40 grams each
  • The dough is flattened, just like a bun. Pack a bean paste ball in with the mouth of the bun below.
  • Press gently to reunite
  • Make all 6 of them, be careful not to use too much force, just press the red bean paste evenly
  • I use the lid of vanilla extract, press out the face

  • Preheat the oven, put it in the middle, 180 degrees, 15 minutes
  • After cooling down, use a chocolate pen to draw the eyebrows and mouth, whatever you want.

Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , In a large bowl, beat egg and yolk; stir in cheese. Punch down dough; roll into a 16-in. circle. , Place in a greased 10-in. cast-iron skillet or 9-in. round baking pan, letting dough drape over the edges. Spoon the cheese mixture into center of dough. Gather dough up over filling in 1-1/2-in. pleats. Gently squeeze pleats together at top and twist to make a topknot. Let rise 10-15 minutes. , Brush loaf with egg white. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
