1 cup uncooked bow tie pasta
1-1/2 teaspoons butter
2-1/4 teaspoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Dash salt
Dash dried basil
Dash crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons 2% milk
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream

Steps:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the oil, flour, garlic and seasonings until blended. Gradually add the milk, broth and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes., Remove from the heat; stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta; toss with sauce.

Ingredients

8 ounces bowtie pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Marinara sauce, for dipping

Steps:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Transfer pasta to a paper towel lined baking sheet and allow it to dry for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Working in batches, cook pasta chips in the air fryer basket for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and very crispy, tossing once or twice during cooking.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping
