- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Transfer pasta to a paper towel lined baking sheet and allow it to dry for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with olive oil, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Working in batches, cook pasta chips in the air fryer basket for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and very crispy, tossing once or twice during cooking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping
