3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fat-free evaporated milk
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
2 teaspoons canola oil
GRAVY:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
1/4 cup condensed chicken broth, undiluted
1 teaspoon sherry or additional condensed chicken broth
2 tablespoons minced chives

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
1 (12-oz.) jar home-style chicken gravy
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half or milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt, paprika and garlic-pepper blend; add to skillet. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.
  • In medium bowl, combine gravy, half-and-half and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour gravy mixture over chicken. Cover; simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.

PAMMY'S CROCK POT CHICKEN BREAST AND GRAVY RECIPE - FOO…
My hubby (says 5 stars) and grand kids (very fussy) really like this. This is one thing all 3 of the grand kids will actually eat. The grand kids normally don't like gravy much but all of them like this gravy. I serve with mashed potatoes, a veggie and homemade rolls. Hope you enjoy it! Note added - you can use no sodium bouillon. NOTE ADDED - I have also noticed sometimes when I make this it seems more salty then other times. DEFINATELY try to use low sodium or skip the boullion. Nov. 2007...My daughter used a package of Ranch dressing instead of Italian and a jar of gravy instead of a package. She said they all loved it. We don't care for ranch but thought maybe others would be interested.
