- Rub the rim of two rocks or margarita glasses with a lime wedge. Swirl the rims through a small pile of kosher or sea salt to salt them. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
- In a cocktail shaker muddle the blueberries and lime juice until the blueberries are pulverized. Add the tequila, Simple Syrup, bitters and a handful of ice to the shaker. Add a left over rind or two from the limes. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, and then strain into the salted glasses.

- Add all ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
- Cover and blend (may need to pulse on and off to get things started) on high for 20 seconds or so, until the drink is smooth.

- Place blueberries, sugar and water in your food processor and puree until smooth. Pour though a strainer, reserve the juice and discard the solids. Place a pan with water to boil on the stove, add the sugar in and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, pour in lime juice, stir. Cool. In a 2 quart pitcher, pour in simple syrup, blueberry puree, tequila and triple sec. Stir. Rim glasses with lime juice and coat in sugar. Drop in blueberries, add a lime slice and fill glasses to the top with ice. Pour in drink. Enjoy!

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add blueberries and lime zest and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer mixture until blueberries have burst, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 10 minutes, then strain mixture into a clean jar. Let cool completely. On a small plate, stir together sugar and salt. Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in sugar salt mixture. Divide tequila, triple sec and lemonade between 4 glasses. Fill each glass with ice, then top with blueberry syrup. Garnish with a lemon wedge to serve.
